Bhanu Chopra : CEO
As CEO, Bhanu is responsible for establishing the vision that guides the development of our service offerings and delivery methodology. Bhanu is a seasoned start-up entrepreneur with an experience of over 9 years in IT consulting. Prior to RateGain, Bhanu co-founded Riv Consulting. Bhanu has served a number of major clients during his career, including Pitney Bowes, Molex, RoundArch, RockWell International, Briggs and Stratton, SC Johnson, Grainger. He began his career at Deloitte Consulting where he worked on large ERP implementations for Fortune 500 companies. Bhanu has earned a double bachelors degree in Computer Science and Finance from Indiana University, Bloomington.

Aqeel Ahmed : COO
Aqeel is an experienced IT industry professional with exposure to all facets of managing an IT business. He brings with him an experience base of around 20 years, having worked for large Indian IT companies like HCL, Rolta and Tata Infotech. He has an entrepreneurial style of leading the team. Aqeel has a Bachelor’s degree in Technology.

Pawan Kumar : CTO
Pawan is responsible for RateGain’s all technology related issues, right from technology strategy, to technology operation and administration, systems applications and development, technology infrastructure and smooth functioning of the projects. Former to RateGain he was the co-founder of a Product based Start-up Company based in IIT Delhi Campus and led various projects as a Project Manager. He has been engaged in the research and development of high performance computing, grid technology, tools and applications. Pawan received his B.Tech and M.Tech degree in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT, New Delhi.
