Bhanu Chopra, CEO       Bhanu Chopra, RateGain
As CEO, Bhanu is responsible for establishing the vision that guides the development of our service offerings and delivery methodology. Bhanu is a seasoned entrepreneur with an experience of over 10 years in IT consulting.

Prior to RateGain, Bhanu co-founded Riv Consulting. Bhanu has served a number of major clients during his career, including Pitney Bowes, Molex, RoundArch, RockWell International, Briggs and Stratton, SC Johnson, Grainger. He began his career at Deloitte Consulting where he worked on large ERP implementations for Fortune 500 companies. Bhanu has earned a double bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Finance from Indiana University, Bloomington.
 
 
Aqeel Ahmed, COO       Aqeel Ahmed, RateGain
Aqeel is an experienced IT industry professional with exposure to all facets of managing an IT business. He brings with him an experience base of around 20 years, having worked for large Indian IT companies like HCL, Rolta and Tata Infotech. Entrepreneurial skills come naturally to Aqeel who has a Bachelor's degree in Technology.
 
 
Pradeep Paliwal, CTO       Pradeep Paliwal, RateGain

Pradeep brings with him extensive experience of product development and IT Services that spans over 16 years. He leads the Technology and Product Engineering function at RateGain. Pradeep specializes in building large-scale, high-transaction enterprise applications on the Microsoft platform.

Before joining RateGain, Pradeep worked with Accenture where he was Unit Head, Delivery at Avanade (JV of Accenture & Microsoft). He also headed the Delivery and Technology function of the Retail at the Polaris Software Lab. He has also spent six years with Quark where he was Head, Engineering, Supply Chain & CRM Products. Pradeep holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering and has post-graduated in Management with majors in IT & Finance.
