QuickTicket System is a step forward in the direction of providing better support for the RateGain Customers. It is a 24*7 support system that allows RateGain's customers to log in anytime and enter their problems, queries or suggestions to the technical support staff. Once a query is lodged, a ticket id is generated for each user. This ticket id is used for all further correspondences with the support staff. It can also be tracked throughit's lifecycle before it is closed.
