Educational Qualification :
Essential:  Graduate or Post Graduate in any stream, preference to (English Honors) and                   Management Course
Preferred: Diploma in computers, Diploma in Secretarial course, Diploma in Hotel                   Management, Diploma in Travel and Tourism, Diploma in Front Office                   Management

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Front Desk Operations role in IT, Hospitality (Hotel and                      Tourism), Manufacturing, Education and Services industry

Job Purpose
To attend the guests either external visitors or internal executives in a pleasant way and play a vital role in organization’s Brand Building. To maintain the decorum of the reception and assisting in HR and administration work areas.

Experience in on line booking of hotels, airlines.
Experience in managing and co-ordination with vendors
Have good analytical skills – which can help in monitoring and controlling the Front Desk Operations work
Proven experience in assisting administration and HR tasks (couriers, bills, newspapers, flowers, magazines, library, recruitment assistance etc.)
